Role Summary
We are looking for a Supervising Pharmacist to join our Kinvara team. This permanent full-time role operates on a four-day working week and requires you to lead pharmacy operations with professional integrity and patient care at its core.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dispensary operations ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements guided by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) regulations.
- Deliver an efficient, safe, and welcoming dispensing service aligned with McCabes Pharmacy’s standards.
- Offer exceptional services including vaccinations, health assessments, and patient consultations.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Facilitate secure and timely access to prescribed medications, safeguarding patient health.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer accurate monthly claims submissions for payment processing.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience as a Pharmacist.
- Possession of a PSI-approved Pharmacy qualification along with current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
