Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated OTC Sales Assistant to join our team in Kinvarra, County Galway. This is a full-time, onsite position at McCabes Pharmacy, renowned for its community focus and customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive over-the-counter product sales by utilizing effective link selling techniques.
- Offer expert advice and assistance on all pharmacy products to customers, always prioritizing patient needs.
- Provide outstanding patient care through active customer engagement and exceptional service standards.
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge to support sales and patient care.
- Execute point of sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring detail-oriented till operation.
