Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily functioning of the Subway outlet, ensuring all activities meet company standards across food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring to effectively direct team members.
• Maintain impeccable food hygiene, cleanliness, and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Drive sales growth by achieving targeted sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to work weekdays and weekends, supported by reliable transportation.
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in a comparable managerial role.
• A positive, proactive approach with strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
