Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from students and parents.
• Conduct follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone calls to engage prospects.
• Convert attendees of trial classes into confirmed admissions.
• Manage attendance records and maintain student databases.
• Organize teacher availability and coordinate class schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding fee payments.
• Maintain effective communication with parents on various matters.
• Ensure the studio operates seamlessly on a day-to-day basis.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both students and their parents.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable, confident, and friendly demeanor.
• Well-developed organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable with digital tools such as WhatsApp and spreadsheet applications like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in educational institutions, studios, schools, or customer service roles is beneficial.
• Demonstrated punctuality and a high sense of responsibility.

Compensation and Incentives

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹22,000 along with additional performance-based incentives.
