Roles and Responsibilities

• Apply plaster to raw buildings both indoors and outdoors using hand and machine techniques.
• Utilize various application methods and types of plaster suited to the task.
• Install thermal insulation systems on buildings.
• Perform repair and restoration work on existing plaster surfaces.

Qualifications

• Completed formal training as a plasterer or solid expertise in gypsum plastering, with several years of professional experience preferred.
• Newcomers to the field with strong ambition are welcome and will receive systematic, goal-driven training.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work well within a team environment.
• Self-directed approach to work coupled with good communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for the trade.
