About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Structural Tekla Modeller to join a leading precast concrete manufacturer based in County Galway or County Offaly, Ireland. This position involves working on a variety of commercial and residential projects by utilizing Tekla Structures software to create detailed 3D structural models and generate precise technical drawings.
Key Duties
- Create comprehensive 3D structural models with Tekla Structures software.
- Develop accurate general arrangement drawings and technical documents aligned with project requirements.
- Produce precast production drawings derived from the 3D models for numerous concrete components such as stairs, flooring, hollowcore slabs, double walls, columns, and beams.
- Ensure that all models and drawings adhere to the specified project standards and quality controls.
- Organize and manage tasks effectively to meet critical project timelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to address technical questions and ensure seamless project execution.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in using Tekla Structures, preferably in commercial or residential construction sectors.
- Proven capability in advanced 3D modelling and delivering detailed technical drawings.
- A relevant tertiary education qualification related to the field.
- Excellent skills in communication and organization.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and maintaining deadlines.
- A collaborative team member who can also work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
