Paradigm IT Private Limited is a civil and structural engineering service provider based in Kochi, Kerala. The firm is managed by experienced civil and structural engineers from India and Europe, offering services including structural design, concrete reinforcement detailing, structural steel detailing, Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, and pre-construction CAD solutions.
Role Overview
The position available is for a Structural Steel Detailing Modeller or Checker. This full-time role reports to the General Manager or Head of Department. The workplace is located in Kochi, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed structural steel models using Tekla software.
- Interpret and analyze design drawings thoroughly for modelling.
- Work independently in managing and executing detailing tasks.
- Create and edit drawings across various project types.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of models and related drawings.
- Plan and coordinate jobs with minimal supervision.
- Manage team activities effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Required Skills and Experience
- Between 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience using Tekla software for structural steel detailing.
- Strong technical acumen and sound judgment in structural detailing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and lead tasks efficiently.
