Structural Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an intermediate to early senior level Structural Engineer to join our talented team at ACH Consulting Ltd in Auckland. This role involves delivering technically excellent structural design solutions across a diverse array of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will collaborate closely with clients to establish enduring partnerships and provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers. The position requires a hands-on approach with an emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality structural engineering outcomes across various project types.
• Manage structural design projects independently, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Support and mentor junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

Requirements

• University degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design.
• Demonstrated technical strength in structural design principles and practice.
• Proven track record of project leadership and independent management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive client relationships.
• A collaborative team player who leads by example.
