Role Summary
The Strategy and Operations Specialist will be instrumental in expanding and enhancing Bolt's marketplace by fostering engagement within both driver and rider segments. This role focuses on designing initiatives to energize and retain drivers while simultaneously supporting rider acquisition and loyalty through targeted marketing and lifecycle campaigns. Cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights will be key to strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement programs to boost driver activity, retention, and engagement via communications, incentives, and community campaigns.
- Partner with Central Marketing to drive local rider acquisition and retention initiatives with customized campaigns.
- Manage local engagement efforts including driver brand awareness and community-building events to reinforce the Bolt identity.
- Evaluate performance of campaigns and operations using analytics to refine engagement strategies and meet business goals.
- Work alongside both local and centralized teams to execute projects that support overarching marketplace growth and company priorities.
