By sharing heartfelt stories of people like Katni, the pioneering woman guide of Mt Rinjani, and elephant conservationists steadfast in their values, we aim to raise awareness and inspire travelers to make responsible choices that support heritage, environment, and culture.

This role offers the rare opportunity to blend creativity with impact, sharing engaging stories that encourage change. You'll work in an environment free of excessive bureaucracy, encouraged to innovate with playful campaigns and fresh storytelling methods, especially on digital platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape the Seek Sophie brand voice through inventive campaigns and storytelling.
• Create innovative content ideas for social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Manage end-to-end content creation, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Conduct interviews to uncover and highlight compelling stories behind featured experiences.
• Foster community engagement via comments, direct messages, and partnerships.
• Curate content across email newsletters, websites, and other communication channels.
• Travel periodically to meet hosts and generate content onsite around curated experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Reside in Singapore.
• Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in storytelling or content creation.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling skills that captivate and evoke emotion.
• Be adept at filming, speaking confidently on camera, and editing short-form videos.
• Have the ability to take compelling photographs.
• Exhibit excellent writing prowess along with a keen design sense.
