Overview
Join Blue Sky Concepts as a Videographer & Video Editor/Content Creator responsible for producing visually compelling photo and video content that highlights our interior design projects, team expertise, and brand identity. The role aims to boost engagement and inquiries across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct videography at completed and ongoing interior design sites, delivering cinematic walkthroughs and detailed captures of furniture, materials, finishes, and design elements, including before/after transformations and client interactions.
- Edit videos for social media channels such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, integrating music, captions, voiceovers, colour grading, and graphics to create polished and professional content.
- Proactively generate innovative content ideas such as "Before vs After" segments, interior design tips, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes stories to broaden content variety.
- Monitor social media trends regularly to adapt popular sounds, formats, and styles relevant to interior design and real estate for Blue Sky's content.
- Capture high-quality photographs suitable for marketing materials, maintaining consistency in framing and lighting.
- Film founder and team member features including interviews and educational content to enhance personal branding.
- Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar in coordination with design, project, and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of content.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and designers to pre-plan shoot requirements and ensure critical project stages are documented thoroughly.
- Organize all media assets meticulously into project-specific folders, maintain backups, and curate a searchable library of all visual materials.
Qualifications & Skills
We seek candidates with professional videography and video editing expertise in producing social media content, especially in interior design contexts, able to handle camera operations, editing software, and content ideation independently.

Salary: 15000 to 25000 INR per month
