Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the sourcing, ordering, and management of stock and materials to maintain optimal availability and inventory levels.
• Manage all warehouse activities including receipt, internal transfer, and dispatch of materials, ensuring precise records and system updates.
• Maintain all equipment calibration and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
• Adhere strictly to Zero-Harm principles, including compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety standards.
• Provide high-quality materials supply and availability reporting to the service centre, ensuring coordination and commercial insight.
• Operate in compliance with Quality, Environmental, Security, and Health & Safety standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, along with local site induction processes.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in stock control or warehouse stores management using stock control software.
• Possess GCSE-level or equivalent qualification in English, Maths, and Science.
• Hold a valid full and clean driving licence and a forklift licence (mandatory).
• Demonstrate organization, reliability, and a strong customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours when needed.
