Position Overview

We are searching for a dependable and motivated Grade 3 Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Bandiana, Victoria. This role suits candidates with solid experience in warehousing who can maintain efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Duties

• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods accurately.
• Pick and pack customer orders precisely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory control and stock records meticulously.
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks if licensed to do so.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and complies with safety standards.
• Adhere to all company procedures and compliance regulations on-site.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in warehouse or storeperson roles with demonstrated capability.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Must hold Australian citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Possession of current security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Previous experience working in defense or secure facilities.
• Valid forklift operating license.
