About the Company and Role

IIQAF Group is a healthcare organization located in Doha, Qatar, specializing in hospital operations. They are hiring a dedicated and methodical Storekeeper responsible for managing hospital stores and inventory.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory and store management efficiently within the hospital setting.
• Accept and inspect deliveries of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, consumables, and general hospital materials.
• Verify received items against corresponding purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and requisitions for accuracy.
• Examine incoming goods for quantity, quality, packaging integrity, batch details, and expiration dates.
• Maintain precise records of all stocked items using inventory control systems and paper logs.
• Properly store materials in assigned locations following hospital protocols, including accurate labeling and organized shelving.
• Distribute medical supplies and equipment to authorized hospital departments as per requests.
• Ensure store areas remain tidy, secure, organized, and free from hazards.
• Notify management about inventory shortages, irregular stock movements, safety concerns, and other operational issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous record maintenance skills.
• Physical ability to safely handle and move stock and store materials.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Capability to follow hospital protocols and operate independently.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
• Experience or proficiency in stock transfers, inventory operations, order picking, packing, and handling multiple tasks professionally.

Salary

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between QAR 5,000 and QAR 6,000.
