About the Company and Role
IIQAF Group, operating in the hospital and healthcare sector, is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and maintaining detailed healthcare data within hospital databases and electronic records systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely input patient, medical, and healthcare-related data into hospital computer systems and databases.
- Update patient registration information including demographics, contact details, and appointment records.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Cross-check input data against medical records and other official documents to ensure correctness.
- Identify and rectify errors, duplicates, omissions, and inconsistencies in records.
- Keep electronic and physical records accurate and up to date.
- Provide accurate data in response to internal requests from authorized personnel.
- Maintain records of daily data entry activities and monitor productivity as required.
- Adhere to established standards for data accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing.
- Alert supervisors to system problems, data inconsistencies, missing files, or irregular information.
- Organize workspaces and practice safe, effective administrative procedures.
- Carry out additional clerical, administrative, and medical record tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong abilities in both written and spoken communication.
- Competence in adhering to data entry protocols, documentation standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Capability to function both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare administration team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
- Key skills include patient record handling, data updating, record management, time management, effective communication, administrative support, teamwork, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
