Position Overview

The Store Supervisor role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by supporting and empowering retail team members, thereby driving sales performance. Acting as a key support figure, the Supervisor assists the Store Manager in running a profitable and well-organized store aligned with company policies. Additionally, the Supervisor assumes total responsibility for store operations during the Store Manager's absence and actively promotes the company's Loyalty Program to enhance repeat business. Regular communication and constructive feedback to management regarding staff and products are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a fashionable and professional appearance while staying knowledgeable about current products to minimize stock loss.
• Stay informed about new trends and fashion directives to effectively meet customer needs.
• Ensure retail staff are trained and capable of providing superior customer service to maximize sales.
• Assist with implementing company operating procedures within the store environment.
• Enforce adherence to brand standards and company policies among all staff members.
• Conduct routine audits of store administration and address any identified issues promptly.
• Manage daily staff scheduling, leave requests, and handle grievances.
• Consistently maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Provide insightful feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager regarding employee performance and product matters.
• Maintain constant vigilance on store security to prevent any negligence.
• Remain well-informed about the various brands within the group to assist in suggestive selling techniques.
• Take full responsibility for all store operations during the Store Manager's absence.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and managing heavy lifting tasks.
