Role Overview

As a Store Service Attendant based at HMAS Albatross in Nowra Hill, NSW, you will contribute to the Defence Clothing System contract by teaming with customer service, inventory, and tailoring experts. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, this full-time, Monday through Friday position provides an hourly wage of $27.81 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Receive inventory deliveries, thoroughly verify contents, and perform stock reconciliation under supervision.
• Address customer kit-related concerns with efficiency.
• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate store documentation and warehouse records.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working in stores or over-the-counter retail roles, particularly in clothing store environments.
• A strong dedication to maintaining high standards in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Effective organizational skills coupled with strong time management.
• Australian citizenship is mandatory, along with the ability to obtain and maintain Defence clearance.
• Successful completion of Australian Federal Police and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as dictated by the contract.
