About the Role
Join our Mackay warehouse team located at Paget and contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will ensure our mining and heavy industry clientele receive accurate and timely orders. This role involves receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching stock while maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure branch efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication via phone and email, addressing inquiries about products, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and accounts.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist with inventory and stock management duties.
- Support local deliveries to customers as required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or related roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
- A forklift license is favorable but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional telephone manner.
- Customer-focused approach with effective problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and openness to receiving on-the-job training.
