Role Summary
We are recruiting a Store Operations Lead for Noel Leeming within our Support Office team. This senior leadership position oversees the retail operations across 66 stores nationally, collaborating closely with field leaders, store teams, and head office to translate strategic priorities into streamlined, sustainable workflows that promote consistency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a dedicated retail operations team at Noel Leeming.
- Establish and uphold high operational standards, routines, and processes.
- Collaborate with regional and store management to enhance operational discipline, uniformity, and accountability across all stores.
- Lead the execution of initiatives, organizational changes, and cross-departmental projects related to operations.
- Analyze performance metrics, insights, and feedback to recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage communications, policy enforcement, and governance throughout the store network.
- Optimize processes to elevate efficiency, workplace conditions, and the customer experience.
- Continuously identify and implement performance enhancement opportunities informed by data.

- Proven record of elevating operational performance, boosting productivity, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Advanced analytical capabilities to convert data insights into practical actions.
- Excellent skills in communication, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement.
