Store Manager

Position Objective

• Drive company goals by ensuring retail staff deliver top-tier customer service and possess the necessary skills and support to optimize sales.
• Enforce store operating procedures adhering strictly to company and brand policies.
• Actively promote the company's Loyalty Program to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Provide continuous feedback to Area and Operations Managers regarding staff performance and product status.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a fashionable, well-groomed appearance coupled with current product knowledge to minimize stock losses.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and fashion directions to anticipate and address customer needs effectively.
• Minimize stock loss and oversee stockroom management efficiently.
• Ensure strict compliance with company and brand procedures by all staff at all times.
• Use innovative strategies to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Maintain adequate stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage employee scheduling, leaves, and resolve grievances within the retail team.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards consistently in line with the set guidelines.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to enhance repeat sales.
• Supervise store activities and report feedback on employees and products to the Area Manager.
• Maintain constant security awareness in the store to prevent any negligence.
• Keep informed about various brands within the group to aid in effective suggestive selling.
• Take full responsibility for end-to-end store operations.
• Maintain physical fitness to endure prolonged standing and lifting heavy items.
