Role Overview
The Store Manager position at Wickes is vital, offering significant growth opportunities. As a proven leader, you will manage your team's performance while prioritising safety for all. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer experiences, motivating your team, and ensuring that stock and promotions are effectively managed to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and collaborate with your team to meet sales and performance targets.
- Inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, matching products to customer needs.
- Ensure promotions are current and stock levels are maintained appropriately.
Candidate Profile
We seek candidates with prior store management experience in retail, possessing a proactive, can-do attitude essential for success in this industry. Familiarity with financial aspects of store operations, including KPI management and target achievement, is required. The ability to identify talent during recruitment and foster individual potential is crucial.

- Up to 15% annual bonus plus a gain share bonus of up to £300 monthly.
