Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's holds the central responsibility for delivering excellent guest services and managing store operations to maximize profitability and sales performance. This includes overseeing expense control, minimizing shrinkage, handling human resource functions, and ensuring effective merchandising and inventory management, all in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage ranging between $23.90 and $24.15, determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience.
