Assistant Store Manager

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's is entrusted with upholding exemplary guest services and assisting the Store Manager in all aspects related to store operations. This role aims to maximize sales and profitability through effective staff development, meticulous expense and shrinkage control, and comprehensive management of merchandising and inventory, all in compliance with corporate policies.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $19.60 to $19.85 based on candidate qualifications and experience. Job Requirements and Physical Demands

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess prior retail or management experience. The position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for over eight hours per day.
