Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services while managing all aspects of store operations. This includes maximizing sales and profitability by controlling expenses, minimizing shrinkage, managing staff, overseeing merchandising, and maintaining inventory in line with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between $24.85 and $25.10, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications
