About the Role

Panda Express is actively seeking skilled leaders to join their team as Store Managers at the Bonney Lake, WA location. This role involves managing a single store's operations, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Panda Express is dedicated to the ongoing growth of its associates, providing paid store leadership training, mentorship, and community support to help you excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring financial goals are achieved.
  • Hire, manage, and guide store associates to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Training and Development

To ensure readiness, an extensive store leadership training program lasting eight or more weeks will be provided, covering all essential management aspects.

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to relocate to any store within 50 miles from home.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
  • Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role includes working in fast-paced kitchen settings with high temperatures, noise, and limited space. Employees often stand for long periods, prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives, and must be capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds and reaching across counters approximately 36 inches high. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations are essential.
