Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges between $24.60 and $24.85, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Role Responsibilities

The Store Manager is accountable for delivering excellent Guest Services and managing store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This involves controlling expenses and minimizing inventory shrinkage, managing human resources effectively, and handling merchandising and inventory management in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Physical Demands

Candidates must be at least 21 years old. The position requires significant physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds for more than eight hours a day. Prior experience in retail management is mandatory.
