Job Overview

The Store Manager is tasked with creating and sustaining superior Guest Services. This role is responsible for managing store operations to optimize sales and profitability through efficient control of expenses, shrinkage, personnel management, and overseeing merchandising and inventory according to corporate policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage between $24.60 and $24.85, contingent on qualifications and prior experience. Requirements and Physical Demands

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess previous retail management experience. The job requires physical stamina with activities involving standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per day.
