Job Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the retail location. This role demands oversight of all store functions including sales, profitability, inventory, merchandising, human resources, and expense control in line with company protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $24.60 and $24.85, influenced by your qualifications and prior experience. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring company-paid sick leave, paid vacations and holidays, bereavement and jury duty pay, and various bonus opportunities such as monthly sales and annual shrink bonuses. Requirements
