Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for delivering superior guest services and managing all facets of a retail store's operations. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability by efficiently controlling expenses, minimizing inventory loss, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and stock control, all while complying with company standards and policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges between $18.98 and $19.23, based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
