Job Overview
The role of Store Manager at Spencer's involves responsibility for delivering excellent Guest Services and overseeing the full operation of the retail store. This includes driving maximum sales and profitability by managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, handling human resources, and managing merchandising and inventory control according to company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $24.00 to $24.25, depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements and Physical Demands
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have previous retail management experience. The position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours during shifts.
