Role Overview
The Store Manager at Spencer's takes charge of delivering excellent guest services while managing all facets of store operations. This role requires ensuring high sales performance and profitability by overseeing expense management, minimizing shrinkage, handling human resources, and governing merchandising and inventory processes in line with corporate policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $24.60 to $24.85, reflecting the candidate’s qualifications and experience level. Job Requirements and Physical Demands
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have prior retail management experience. Physical work involves prolonged periods exceeding eight hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
