About the Role

The Store Manager at Spencer's leads all aspects of store operation to ensure a high level of guest service. This position involves managing sales performance, controlling expenses, overseeing shrinkage, handling human resource activities, and supervising merchandising and inventory management while complying with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years for employment.

• Previous experience in retail management is essential.

The hourly wage ranges from $18.98 to $19.23 based on qualifications and experience.
