Role Overview

The Store Manager position is a full-time role based in Moorebank, Sydney, responsible for overseeing and enhancing all facets of store operations and profitability. This role requires leading a team to uphold the brand's high standards in customer service, quality, and safety, while meeting sales targets and controlling costs including labor and food expenses. Strong leadership and commercial insight are key to driving continuous improvements in store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities of the fast-food store.
• Drive store performance in alignment with business goals and corporate expectations.
• Maintain adequate inventory and manage procurement of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Control operating expenses through effective budgeting and cost management.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and implement pricing and promotional strategies.
• Maintain accurate records for financial and operational purposes.
• Develop staff schedules ensuring proper staffing and labor cost optimization.
• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and develop employees, fostering a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure high standards of service and food quality.
• Implement company policies and continuously seek initiatives to improve profitability and operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• At minimum, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least one year of management experience in hospitality or fast-food sectors.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities with strong people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of sales, budgeting, profitability, and cost control.
• Experience in managing labor, inventory, and operational costs effectively.
• Capability in staff scheduling, training, and employee performance management.
• Strong organizational skills with problem-solving aptitude.
• Understand workplace health, safety, food safety, and employee relations including relevant employment awards (advantageous).
• Dedication to store presentation, quality, and cleanliness.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Additional Information

Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 annually
Location: 52/58 Nuwarra Road, Moorebank, Sydney, NSW
