Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team exceeding 30 members within a bustling retail setting.
• Harness your expertise to handle profit and loss management, meet key performance indicators, and forecast market trends effectively.
• Supervise daily operations with an emphasis on stock control and operational efficiency.
• Enhance store appeal through excellent presentation and visual merchandising strategies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing stores within large-format retail businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of more than 30 individuals.
• Strong financial understanding including managing profit and loss accounts and conducting forecasting activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in efficiently managing large inventory volumes.
• A genuine passion for outdoor adventures is advantageous.
• First Aid certification or willingness to attain it.
• Availability for full-time work including weekends.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia with appropriate rights.
