Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, 4+ years of service in the U.S. Military.
• Proven organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated success in sales-driven environments.
• Strong leadership capacity with experience in coaching and mentoring employees with maturity and professionalism.
• High School diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement.

Additional Requirements

• Legal documentation verifying identity and eligibility for employment in the location applied to.
• Capability to work full-time hours, frequently exceeding 40 hours per week, including flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Your base pay will be based on multiple factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity; offers are typically not made at the top of the pay scale.
