Candidate Profile

  • Possess a minimum of two years’ experience in retail or customer service management.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven settings.
  • Have completed at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Provide legal documentation verifying identity and eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Be able to commit to full-time work, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, with flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is approximately CAD 56,000 to 66,500, reflecting market conditions and individual experience. Eligible employees may also participate in bonus programs and receive annual stock grants. Starbucks offers comprehensive benefits, including:
