Key Responsibilities & Growth

Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three years in retail or customer service management, or at least four years of service in the US Military.
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to coach and mentor team members displaying professional maturity.
- Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or GED.
Employment Eligibility & Scheduling
- Valid legal documentation confirming identity and employment authorization within the United States.
- Availability for full-time employment exceeding 40 hours per week, including flexible scheduling that covers early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
