Role Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for running their restaurant as if it were their own business. This leadership role requires building and motivating high-performing teams to deliver excellent customer service, enforce operational standards, and drive sales and profitability. The position demands adaptability, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards in service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage critical business metrics such as labor costs, sales figures, food expenses, and other controllable costs.
- Coach team members to maximize their skills and encourage professional growth.
- Maintain exceptional customer experiences to create loyal patrons.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Drive performance through data analysis and proactive decision-making.
- Support company initiatives in sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a track record in hospitality, retail, or QSR environments managing fast-paced teams.
- Strong commercial insight with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working late hours and flexible shifts given the potential for operations to extend until 4am in some locations.
- Demonstrates resilience, ambition, and a proactive mindset to grow the restaurant and its people.
