Store Manager

About the Role

As a Store Manager at Global Laundry, you will independently oversee all daily activities of the store including operations, sales, customer service, billing, order management, staff supervision, and coordination of pickup and delivery services. Your goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience as well as drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store punctually, managing all daily workflows and operational tasks.
• Process and dispatch orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness and discipline within the store environment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting laundry and dry cleaning services, increasing repeat business and average order value, and generating both B2C and B2B leads.
• Provide professional customer service including service explanations, pricing, timely updates, and complaint resolution.
• Manage billing with 100% accuracy, handle all cash, UPI, and online transactions, and maintain comprehensive sales and collection documentation.
• Organize pickup and delivery logistics, ensuring timely execution, route coordination, and record keeping of rider activity.
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor attendance and performance, train team members, and enforce store policies to sustain discipline.
• Ensure quality control by tagging orders properly, inspecting garments before processing and delivery, and adhering to special handling instructions.
• Provide daily operational reports including sales, orders, collections, complaints, delivery status, and staff attendance to management.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years' experience preferably in retail, hospitality, laundry, quick service restaurant, or salon sectors dealing with customers.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations, Excel, and POS systems.
• Comfortable managing sales goals, daily reporting, and problem-solving.
• Capability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
• A strong sense of ownership, responsibility for overall store performance, sales, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, with additional performance-based incentives reflecting experience and skills.
