Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the gastronomy sector, preferably within system gastronomy.
• Leadership experience with capability to inspire and develop teams.
• Strong organizational skills along with a structured and self-reliant working approach.
• High resilience and adaptability, especially under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, cash register systems, and digital work tools.
• Experience in handling and interpreting key performance indicators.
