About the Role
The Assistant Manager - Outlet at Hyatt Regency Pune plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the department. This position aligns with Hyatt International's corporate objectives and brand standards, striving to fulfill the expectations of employees, guests, and owners alike.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Outlet Manager, the Assistant Manager helps oversee the outlet as an autonomous profit center. The focus is on ensuring adherence to the outlet's operational concept and Hyatt International standards while maximizing guest satisfaction. The role also involves managing the outlet's profitability by operating within budget constraints.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should preferably hold a relevant educational background such as a degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. Candidates must have at least two years of professional experience working as an Assistant Outlet Manager or holding a leadership role such as Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or sizeable restaurant maintaining high operational standards.
