About the Role
Join one of the fastest-growing retail companies in Europe as a Store Manager with a 40-hour workweek. You will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities and opportunities for career advancement, managing a store that introduces around 150 new products weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your store team closely supported by the Assistant Store Manager.
- Oversee the store's appearance including ordering, compliance with presentation standards, and daily operations.
- Handle personnel management, including creating staff schedules and promoting employee development.
- Participate in recruitment activities to build and strengthen your store team.
- Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss performance outcomes and store development strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in similar retail leadership roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days weekly including regular weekends and evenings.
- Willingness to undergo an eight-week training period at one of the company’s trainer stores in Germany.
