Store Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team closely supported by the Assistant Store Manager.
• Oversee the store's appearance including ordering, compliance with presentation standards, and daily operations.
• Handle personnel management, including creating staff schedules and promoting employee development.
• Participate in recruitment activities to build and strengthen your store team.
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss performance outcomes and store development strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in similar retail leadership roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days weekly including regular weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training period at one of the company’s trainer stores in Germany.
