Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Ensure store appearance standards are met, oversee ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and manage daily operational tasks
• Take charge of personnel management including creating schedules and promoting staff development
• Handle recruitment to build your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and plan store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong responsibility and accountability
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the store team through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week induction at one of our trainer stores in Germany
