About the Role

Lead the creation of exceptional coffee experiences and foster a welcoming environment where every cup inspires connection. As a store manager, you will guide a motivated team to deliver outstanding service and cultivate a community gathering place filled with warmth and joy.

Responsibilities & Leadership

You will be responsible for managing store operations with a focus on quality, customer experience, and team development. This includes coaching and mentoring staff, problem solving, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and driving sales with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • At least 3 years of management experience in retail or customer service, or alternatively, 4+ years of service in the US Military
  • Strong skills in organization, interpersonal communication, leadership, and problem resolution
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members professionally and effectively
  • Minimum education of High School Diploma or GED
  • Legal documentation proving identity and eligibility to work in the US
  • Willingness to work full-time hours exceeding 40 per week with variable shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
