Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Marrickville, NSW. This leadership role requires guiding all restaurant personnel to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product excellence. You'll be accountable for recruiting, training, and ensuring the right staffing levels to uphold Chargrill Charlie's distinguished reputation. The role includes overseeing all aspects of store management and profitability by focusing on key performance indicators such as sales targets, food costs, labor expenses, and other controllable costs. Your leadership will foster a workplace culture committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant team members to ensure top-tier service and product standards.
• Recruit and train suitable employees to meet business needs and maintain brand reputation.
• Oversee all restaurant operational management and financial responsibilities, including sales, food cost, labor expenditure, and other controllable costs.
• Create and nurture a culture of high performance and excellence.

Requirements

• Proven prior leadership experience within a team environment, preferably hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with ability to delegate effectively and handle guest complaints empathetically.
• Good understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
