Role Overview

We are searching for motivated cooks to join our Marrickville restaurant team. You will uphold Chargrill Charlie's reputation by maintaining high standards of product quality and consistency. Supporting the Kitchen Manager, you will lead efforts in restaurant upkeep, enforce policies and occupational health and safety standards, and help manage stock control. Your contributions will be vital to driving profitability and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and quality of food products served
• Assist and support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations
• Lead by example in maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with company policies and OH&S regulations
• Manage and control stock levels effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen workflow

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments, preferably within hospitality
