Role Overview
We are seeking a Store Manager who will spearhead all restaurant team activities ensuring top-quality customer service and product standards. The manager is responsible for staffing through recruitment and training, maintaining profitability by managing sales, food costs, labor expenses, and other controllable costs, while cultivating a culture centered on excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to provide exceptional customer service and quality products.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the operational needs of the store.
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations including sales targets, food costs, labor budgets, and expense control.
- Create and maintain a positive culture emphasizing team engagement and high performance.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a dependable role model with prior experience in leadership within a hospitality setting. Effective communication skills are necessary to delegate tasks and handle guest concerns empathetically. Familiarity with the hospitality industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are advantageous.
