About Costa Coffee and the Role

We are launching a new store at Blackpool, Whitehills Drive Thru, offering a permanent Store Manager position with a competitive salary of up to a337,000 per year. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Engage actively with the local community to attract and welcome new customers to the store.
- Maintain a welcoming store environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Own and manage sales, profit margins, team performance, and employee recognition effectively.
- Lead and develop the store team through comprehensive training and support to maximize their potential.
