Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for supervising everyday retail operations, including visual merchandising, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory control. This role ensures that the store adheres strictly to the company's established standards and policies.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of store operations, guaranteeing compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Lead and inspire the store team to meet performance objectives through effective motivation and development.
- Support merchandising activities, including stocking shelves and processing daily shipments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle challenging customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain high-quality visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's presentation.
- Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and manage opening and closing duties responsibly.
- Provide constructive performance feedback and delegate appropriate tasks among team members.
- Supervise recruitment efforts and manage employee performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in retail operations with team management responsibilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills combined with sound decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize assignments, and succeed in a high-paced retail environment.
