Store Manager

Position Overview

The Store Manager role focuses on achieving the company's goals by delivering outstanding customer service and equipping retail staff with the necessary skills and support to boost sales. This role involves executing store operating procedures in line with company and brand standards and actively promoting the company's Loyalty Program to enhance customer retention and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the team and motivate staff accordingly.
• Maintain a fashionable and well-groomed appearance while staying informed on current product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
• Continuously update awareness of new products, trends, and fashion directions to meet customer needs effectively.
• Manage stockrooms efficiently to ensure minimal stock loss and adequate stock levels that support sales maximization.
• Ensure all store operations comply consistently with brand and company policies and procedures.
• Use innovative methods to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Organize staff rosters, manage leave requests, and address any grievances among retail employees.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with established guidelines.
• Encourage participation in the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat business.
• Oversee overall store operations and provide regular feedback to Area and Operations Managers about staff and products.
• Maintain constant security vigilance to prevent negligence or loss.
• Stay knowledgeable about the group’s various brands to enhance suggestive selling to customers.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting as required.
